2025-2026 FIRST Lego League Explore Program

​The Lego League Explore program is for students 2nd grade and up and is held on the Sunset Hills Elementary campus on Tuesdays 3:05 - 4:30pm starting September 30th. Students will be placed in teams of 4-6, favoring students of similar age/grade.  Each team will participate in the First Lego League activities with the support of the provided engineering notebook, which include instructions for Lego builds and coding of the Spike Essential/Spike Prime robotics set.  Near the end of the season, students will develop their final project designs for the team presentations at Westview High School Robotic's Lego League Expo.

​ESS students may join.  Coordination will be provided between Lego Club and ESS for handoffs/pickups.  Scholarships are also available to those who qualify.  Please contact us regarding scholarships. 

This is an educational program and students are required to be engaged during the program time.  Students are expected to be committed to attending all sessions for the whole time period.  While the Lego League Expo at Westview High School is optional, we encourage all students to attend!  It is a chance for the students to share their projects, see other schools' projects, and experience the fun Robotics activities of Westview High School!  If you are a unsure whether your student is suited for this program, please reach out to us and/or attend our Zoom Info Night (See Below).
